About the Event
Bring your photographic prints to life with encaustic beeswax. Inkjet prints of family, pets, self-portraits or vacation memories are perfect. And that unforgettable landscape or seascape photo can become a beautiful fine art painting. Apply multiple layers of wax to achieve a "smokey/dreamlike" look or add texture and built a sculptural effect. After registering, email Penny to discuss ideas for your photo encaustic piece and help with sizing images and using ink jet to print. No experience necessary and all supplies provided. Perfect for creatives and non-artists and family or work holiday experiences!
