Sound, Flow and Art Collective

Taylor

Taylor Wade is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a passion for creating welcoming spaces for people to slow down, reconnect with nature, and rediscover the joy of simply being. Taylor invites students to move with curiosity, let go of perfection, and reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies through mindful movement and breath work. She believes that movement, art, and sound can help us access a felled sense of connection and authentic expression.

Mary

Mary Welp is a Hypnotherapist specializing in Hypnotic Meditation. Mary’s sound bath meditations are centered around deep relaxation which encourages a profound  reset of the body and the mind.

Guided sound bath meditation is a peaceful and rejuvenating experience that relaxes the body and the mind. Since we are made mostly of water, the vibrations of the sound bowls will echo off of the pool water and through the air.

There is nothing you need to do or believe. Simply arrive, get comfortable, breathe and receive.

SOUND BATH BENEFITS:

• Feel lighter as tension in the body decreases and your breath deepens.

• Nervous system calms while listening to the tones, creating better focus, better sleep and emotional regularity.

• Think more clearly, as there is less “noise” to process. Decision making can be smoother.

• Improve mood as the nervous system shifts towards emotional balance contributing to emotional resilience.

Penny

Penny is a Louisville-based fine artist specializing in the ancient technique of encaustic painting.  While “Painting with Fire”, she uses molten wax, pigment and flame to create luminous works that explore freedom, resilience, and the beauty of becoming.

Penny is honored to have award-winning works in numerous galleries and private collections, yet her true passion is leading transformative retreats that transcend learning a new art technique. Her ultimate goal is to provide the opportunity to help others live their lives more joyfully and authentically.
