You’re invited to join our first women’s summer retreat in Louisville.

Indulge in a day of mind, body & soul rejuvenation including morning restorative yoga, exploring your creative self through guided art-making, ending with a nurturing sound bath.

Treat yourself to a day dedicated to revitalization, leaving with glorious artwork and a new skill, and memories of an unforgettable yoga & sound experience.

SCHEDULE:

10am: Welcome with coffee/tea/mimosas & light bites. Taylor Wade leads beginner restorative yoga poolside (or indoors if rain or heat impedes)  Open your heart space with gentle stretching preparing your spirit for a day of creativity, fun and release.

11am:  Art creation with Penny Treese.  Demonstrations then guided + free-paint using alcohol inks. No experience necessary to play with color, flow and letting go of expectations to create healing mini beauties on paper and ceramic tile. Allow the sounds of music and laughter melt away cares and get lost in the joy of creation.

1pm: Poolside lunch + libations. Chill with new friends with toes in the water or relax and lounge in the shade.

2pm: Additional demos + free-paint or one-on-one guidance using Penny's personal favorite techniques.

3pm: Exquisite sound bath experience in the pool (or inside light-filled space) led by Mary Welp. You won't get wet and no bathing suits needed! Guide assists guests onto 5-inch thick inflated "beds", with eye-masks and blankets if desired. The healing  sounds of crystal bowls resonate through the air, water and your body, allowing your mind to float away. Signature closing + goodbyes
