In early June, we gathered in the beautiful mountains of Park City, Utah.

 

This diverse group of women came together to learn and express themselves through art, gathering inspiration from our incredible surroundings. And while each of us came with a different intention, we all left having achieved so much more.

We connected.

With ourselves, with each other, and with nature. We laughed and cried and shared our unique tapestry of stories. We took in the majesty of sunrises and sunsets and marveled at the Strawberry Moon against the infinite stars (which we don't often get to witness in the city).  We stretched our bodies and timed our breaths together. Surrounded and held by the aspen forest, we awakened our senses to the wind, trees, and inhabitants, including a moose that happened to cross our path.

And yes, we painted our asses off. We dug deep and put our lives in color on the canvas. And through this creation and connection, we found real peace. Each of us showed up as our most courageous, colorful selves. It was a gift to behold.
